Sour Cream Peach Pie

Crust:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
¾ c. hydrogenated shortening
¼ c. water

Filling:
4 c. fresh sliced peaches, peeled
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
Pinch of salt

Cinnamon and sugar

Make pie crust and divide in half.  Roll out half and fit into 9” pie pan.  Fill with peaches.  Mix sour cream, sugar, flour and salt together and pour over peaches.  Roll out remaining pie crust in rectangle and cut into strips.  Weave strips into lattice over pie topping. Sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and sugar.  Bake at 450 degrees for 15 mins., then 350 degrees until done (about an hour total).
